Built in 1869, this asymmetrical Italian-style villa,
with its spacious front porch, wedding garden and
1.3 acres of landscaped grounds, ofers the versatility of both indoor and outdoor space. One hundred
guests can be accommodated in the beautifully
restored areas indoors. The porch and grounds can
be confgured to allow for 350 additional guests.
Other property features include an elegant curved
stairway, dressing rooms for the entire bridal party,
hardwood foors and decor designed by Bitners.
Bristol Catering is the exclusive caterer for the
Peterson-Dumesnil House. A signed contract and
deposit are required to guarantee pricing and to
secure date.

warehouse, it features 18-foot-high ceilings, sky-
lights, reclaimed hardwood fooring, exposed
timber posts and steel trusses, which blend
